Terms of Use

This User Agreement is an agreement between you and the ACID Group, respecting your use and download of its dataset. Please read the ACID Terms of Use and copyrights carefully. Use and download the ACID dataset only if you agree with all the terms and agreements.

1. Please cite the ACID research paper if you use the ACID dataset in your research or project as following:

2. Only use the ACID dataset for academic and research purposes. No commercial usage is allowed. You may not redistribute, share, or publish the ACID dataset, in whole or in part, without express written permission from ACID group. This includes posting the dataset or any portion of it on public websites, forums, or repositories.

3. Do not share or broadcast the ACID dataset without our permission, including but not limited to sharing any information of the original or modified data from ACID to other individuals or organizations.

4. ACID collects information that identifies you, including your name, contact information, and research information. ACID protects and respects your privacy. ACID will not use your name and contact information without your consent. Other information may be used for research purposes.

5. When permitted by law, ACID will not be responsible for any liability for the result or consequence of using the dataset, including but not limited to any loss or damage by the use of dataset or by the products that are developed through the dataset.

6. ACID group reserves the right to terminate your access to the ACID dataset at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the dataset and destroy any copies in your possession.
